Warranty Policy


General Terms and Warranty Period


1. During the warranty period, Reges reserves the right to repair or replace damaged products at its discretion.
2. If a product fails within three months of shipment from Reges under normal installation and use, Reges will provide replacement service.
3. For products that fail during the warranty period, Reges will provide RMA repair service.
4. Customers are responsible for the risk of loss or damage during outbound shipping and must pay the outbound shipping costs and use the original packaging or packaging with equivalent protective effect to send the product.
5. Products repaired by Reges have a 90-day warranty period, with the final warranty date being the last day of the five-year warranty or the 90-day warranty.


Exclusions from Warranty Coverage


The following circumstances are not covered under Reges warranty:
1. Failure to install and use as instructed in the manual.
2. Damage caused by environmental conditions not meeting the product requirements.
3. Users modifying the product’s structure or circuits themselves.
4. Damage caused by irresistible accidents or human negligence.


Extended Warranty Service


Customers can purchase extended warranty services for large order projects. However, some products may have short chip lifecycles, and some components may be subject to constraints from the original supplier’s warranty period. If you are interested in purchasing extended warranty services, please contact us.


Limitation of Liability


These warranty terms supersede any other express or implied, written or oral warranty agreements. Reges’ liability in product manufacturing, sales, supply, and use shall not exceed the original cost of the product, whether based on warranty terms, contract, negligence, product liability, or other reasons. Reges shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential customer losses, including but not limited to loss of profits and use damages caused by product manufacturing, sales, or supply.
